The Arvada Community Food Bank will fulfill their goals
by:

  • Increasing our current capacity within existing food distribution programs, as well as continually exploring and creating new methods of distribution
 
  • Increasing quality of interaction with those we serve
  • Creating innovative development and marketing plans and leveraging public relations efforts to reach new and future supporters
 
  • Creating new programs that will provide the largest opportunity for new volunteer engagement and providing adequate training for supporters to be effective in assisting in our mission
 
  • Creating partnerships with organizations that share our values to achieve the ACFB Mission

Food Programs

The Arvada Community Food Bank provides food to qualifying individuals and families through four primary programs.
 

To receive food clients must at the Food Bank:

  • Live in our service area *
  • Bring a piece of mail postmarked within the last 30 days to their current address. If a bill is used, the issue date must be within the last 30 days ( "due" dates CANNOT be used )
  • Bring a Photo ID
 
*  Our service area is defined as:
  • North to 120th Street
  • South to 38th Ave.
  • West to Hwy 93
  • East to Sheridan Blvd.

Due to safety precautions, children may not enter the shopping area and must wait in the lobby. If they are too small to be left unattended, you must make arrangements for someone to watch them.
